Dashboards, Alerts & Automated Reporting

Intelligence is only valuable if it reaches the right person at the right time, in the right format. Built in Europe for the realities of modern information operations, Havel delivers through four operational layers: interactive analytics dashboards, configurable smart alerts, automated summaries, and AI-generated reports - each designed for a different point in the decision-making workflow.

Analytics

Interactive Dashboards with Full Transparency

Havel’s analytics environment is a full business intelligence layer embedded inside the monitoring application. Not a simplified chart page with limited filters — a genuine analytical workspace where every chart is interactive, every data point is clickable, and every view can be exported.

  • Every chart segment, every bar, every data point links directly to the underlying mentions. Click the "Negative" segment of a sentiment chart and see every negative mention. Click a competitor’s share-of-voice bar and read the content. Transparency is not a feature - it’s the architecture.

  • Mentions, Contacts, Impact, Effectiveness, Narratives, Metadata, Authors, Discovery, Interactions, Storylines — each as a dedicated tab with its own charts, tables, and filters. Switch between views without losing your filter context.

  • Dashboards are customised per client, module, and use case. A media monitoring client sees different views than a political monitoring client or a broadcast compliance client. New dashboards can be created and embedded in days, not months.

  • Every chart and table exportable to CSV, XLSX, JSON, or PNG. Full dashboards exportable to PDF. Data leaves the platform in the format your workflow needs.

Alerts

Smart Alerts That Know What Matters

Most monitoring platforms alert you when mentions spike. Havel alerts you when the right combination of entity, narrative, and behaviour appears - regardless of volume.

Operative Alerts — Real-Time

Triggered immediately when new content matches your alert configuration. Not just keyword matches: alerts fire on specific combinations of entities, narratives, and coordination signals. A state representative can choose to be alerted only when media mentions the President in the context of a "Scandal" narrative. A brand manager can be alerted only when a competitor appears in a "Price & Quality" narrative with negative sentiment. The alert is as specific as the question you’re asking.

Delivered to email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or the Havel app. Configurable for any new mention or restricted to smart conditions. Includes the mention content, source, impact score, entity and narrative tags, and a direct link to the platform for deeper analysis.

Threshold & Anomaly Alerts

Alerts that fire when specific metrics cross a threshold: when KPIs targets are hit, when a competitor’s share of voice exceeds a benchmark, or when subnormal activity is detected in a monitoring configuration. The disinformation module uses these for early threat detection - the same mechanism that flagged a 2x spike in Lithuanian mentions in Russian media on January 10, 2025, triggering the investigation that uncovered a coordinated narrative operation.

Automated Reporting

Intelligence That Arrives Before You Ask

Daily Digests

Used by 90% of Havel monitoring clients. Every morning, an email arrives with all content captured by your monitoring configuration, reviewed by Repsense’s data quality assurance team. Not raw automated output - human-reviewed mentions with links to original sources, a link to the app, key analytics, and an HTML attachment with the full digest. The report your team starts their day with.

Weekly & Monthly Summaries

Automated metric summaries sent every Monday at 7AM (weekly) and the 1st of each month at 7AM (monthly). Key metrics, period-over-period changes, competitive comparison, and top storylines for the period. No deep analysis - the numbers your team needs to start the week or month with context. The three-hour Monday morning reporting task, delivered to your inbox before you arrive.

Storylines Newsletter

For executives and stakeholders who don’t need the full analytical environment but want to understand what’s happening. A curated newsletter with the most important topics from storylines analysis: titles, mention counts, descriptions, and illustrations. Semi-automated - the platform generates the storylines, the analyst selects and frames the most important ones.

AI Analyst Reports

For deeper analysis - campaigns, investigations, competitive landscapes, quarterly reviews - Havel generates structured intelligence reports from any narrative cluster, time period, or alert. Interactive HTML. Ready to publish. Minutes, not days.

Human Quality Assurance

AI Speed. Human Accuracy.

Every Havel monitoring deployment includes a human quality assurance layer. A dedicated team reviews all client mentions at least once per day - flagging misclassifications, edge cases, and content that requires human judgement. Corrections feed back into the models. This is not an optional add-on: it is standard practice for every client.

When your daily digest arrives, the mentions have been reviewed. When your dashboard shows a narrative breakdown, the classifications have been checked. When an alert fires, it has passed through a system that combines AI detection speed with human verification. This is what separates a monitoring platform from an intelligence platform.
