Narrative Wargaming & Media Twin Simulation
Build a synthetic twin of your media environment. Run your campaigns, crisis responses, and counter-narrative strategies against it before committing in the real world. Stress-test messaging the way engineers stress-test bridges: in simulation, where failure is cheap and insight is fast. Built and tested in Europe’s live narrative battlegrounds. Now available to limited beta clients.

The Concept
A Synthetic Copy of Your Information Environment
A media twin is a working replica of the information environment around your organisation, your sector, or your threat landscape. Built from real data flowing through Havel. Populated with AI agents that behave like the actors who shape narratives in your world: reporters, commentators, social amplifiers, institutional voices, adversarial operators. Each agent reads content, forms views, publishes, reacts, and influences others.
Once the twin is running, you wargame against it. Inject a crisis scenario and watch how it propagates. Launch a campaign and measure simulated pickup. Deploy a counter-narrative and see whether it holds. The twin responds the way the real environment would, because it was built from the same data and the same behavioural patterns Havel observes every day.
What You Can Wargame
Test Before You Commit
Campaign stress testing.
Run a planned communication campaign through the media twin. Which messenger gets traction? Which channel delivers reach with conversion? Does the narrative stick or get absorbed? Optimise before budget is spent.
Crisis rehearsal.
Inject a crisis scenario into the twin and see how it unfolds. How fast does it spread? Which actors amplify it? Where does it cross from social to mainstream? What response window do you have? Rehearse your playbook against a realistic simulation.
Counter-narrative sandbox.
A hostile operation is detected. Test three response strategies against the twin: direct rebuttal, reframing, strategic silence. See which one reduces adversarial momentum. Pick the one that works, backed by simulated evidence.
Red team / blue team exercises.
For defence and security teams: run adversarial narrative operations against a simulated population. Train blue teams to detect and respond. Iterate tactics in a sandbox where the consequences are data, not damage.
Battleground
Tested
The media twin simulation has been tested in live information battleground environments where narrative operations carry real consequences. The engine, agent architecture, and opinion modelling are validated against observed real-world outcomes. This is operational technology that has been through contested environments, available now to organisations that need to think before they act in the information space.
Limited Availability
Narrative wargaming is available to select clients across defence, government, and enterprise. Apply for the beta programme to explore whether media twin simulation fits your planning and response workflow.
