Why This Matters
The Information Environment Changed. The Tools Didn’t.
Legacy media monitoring platforms count mentions and score sentiment. But the questions being asked of communications, security, and government teams have moved beyond what those tools were built to answer. What narrative is forming? Is this organic or manufactured? Where is it heading? What is being said inside the video content that now drives perception faster than any text source?
Repsense was built to answer those questions. The platform operates across defence, government, and commercial sectors because the underlying problem is the same everywhere: understanding the information environment at the depth and speed the current moment demands.
What We’ve Built
The Havel Platform
-
LLM-powered analysis of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, broadcast, and advertisements - extracting speech, visual text, brands, products, personas, and narrative at the content level. Not transcript search. Content comprehension.
-
Identifying coordinated inauthentic behaviour, bot amplification, and manufactured narrative operations at the structural level. The same capability deployed for state-level FIMI detection, applied to commercial threats.
-
Projecting narrative trajectory from behavioural signals - coordination patterns, cross-platform seeding, amplification architecture - before volume-based tools trigger. 90% trajectory prediction accuracy. 3-day lead time proven in the Kapciamiestis FIMI case.
These capabilities are delivered through a suite of products: the Havel web application (React, mobile-optimised), an embedded Metabase analytics environment with exportable dashboards, a notification service (daily digests, smart alerts, weekly/monthly summaries), and AI-generated analyst reports in interactive HTML. The platform is modular: media monitoring, impact analysis (Adler model), online reputation (Bernays module), politics, disinformation, broadcast compliance, and advertising intelligence are separate modules built on a shared analytical foundation.
